Helpdesk

Existing clients can visit our automated helpdesk system to enter and track their issues as "trouble tickets". You may also email a description of your issue to helpdesk@pachyderm.net which will automatically create a new ticket for you.

*The helpdesk system is entirely optional to our service. If you prefer only personal contact, we won't use it.
