On-site and Remote Support

Need help? Our support center is here to assist!

Requests can be made in person, by phone, or by email.  Many calls for help can be handled quickly by our technicians who may log in to the network or a user’s computer remotely and troubleshoot the problem.  We are also happy to come on-site if further attention is needed. Our services include proactive IT monitoring, which means we may know of and solve a problem before you get to work in the morning.

Most of our clients will have a primary Pachyderm assigned to them who will be the main point of contact and who will know the most about them.  Never fear, we will also have a team of “Bachyderms” on hand just in case the lead Pachyderm is temporarily unavailable.

The bottom line is that it is our goal to make sure your systems are up and running and your issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
